Indianapolis Restaurants Definitely Worth Trying

June 10, 2013

It seems like anymore most restaurants are so casual that it almost takes away from the event harryandizzys of eating out.  Luckily there are still some amazing restaurants in Indianapolis that still offer the ambiance and flare perfect for that first date, anniversary dinner, birthday celebration, bachelorette party, or simply a good excuse to wear that new dress that makes you look stunning! Here are a few of my favorite’s and I’d love to hear some of yours as well.

Bluebeard, located on the South East edge of downtown Indianapolis, features a contemporary Italian-inspired cuisine that features local produce and meat.  In addition to the delicious food they offer a carefully selected menu of old and new world wines, 10 beer taps from regional breweries, and an inspired cocktail menu.

Another one of my favorite places is Harry and Izzy’s which is a sister restaurant to the famous St. Elmo’s steakhouse.  This upscale establishment located downtown Indy as well as 2 other locations offers menu items ranging from the famous St. Elmo’s shrimp cocktail, to brick oven baked pizza, and unbeatable steaks.  Add to that their extensive wine list and exquisite atmosphere and you’ve got the perfect backdrop for a dinner to remember.

Last but not least there is Mo’s Steakhouse which opened in 2003 downtown Indianapolis.  In that short amount of time Mo’s has established itself as one of Indianapolis’ top fine dining establishments and for good reason.  The outstanding service, cuisine, and wine pairing promise for an unforgettable and enjoyable evening.

So next time you want to plan an evening out don’t forget about these fine dining and ever popular places in Indianapolis!
